By its name alone, you probably can already tell what kind of place Centro is. Located right smack in the heart of the city, it's one of, if not the most important district in all of San Sebastian! Not to mention its most affluent. Upscale homes and
luxury rentals are all on offer here, allowing for visitors and new residents alike to ensure they get to live the good life in San Sebastian. Its location makes it fairly near the other areas as well, so it's easy to get to them via public transport. And, of course, the nightlife here is truly amazing!

Gros
Funnily enough, Gros is far from a gross place at all! In fact, it particularly caters to a certain type of traveler: surfers! Yep! The stunning district of Gros is a surfer town through and through. It helps that Zurriola Beach is located here, one of the best beaches for surfing in Spain. The sport isn't exactly common in Europe to begin with. Surfing is more popular in places like the Caribbean, South America, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. So for a place in San Sebastian to focus heavily on surfing is pretty outstanding. And the sunshine here makes it as great a place for cycling
as in Barcelona too!

La Concha
La Concha Beach is one of the most beautiful in Donostia. As a whole, San Sebastian has a lot of stunning shorelines, but La Concha is definitely one of the best! So much so that the district around it has become one of the must-visit areas in Basque Country. In essence. the peace and tranquility here are what will have you enjoying your stay. Sure, other parts of the city have their own beaches, but they're rarely as serene and relaxing as La Concha! That alone should convince you to visit and at least stay in this area for a while.

Parte Vieja
Also known as 'Old Town,' Parte Vieja rivals Antiguo as one of the most historic parts of San Sebastian. But while the latter is all about harkening back to those times, this place actually houses museums, monuments, and more!
