The Old Fortress
Located a hop and a skip away from the island's capital, the Old Fortress is the type of Instagrammable historic site you'd expect on an island like Corfu. Known as either the 'Old Fortress of Corfu' or the 'Venetian Fortress,' the place is actually made up of two must-see sights. The first is the actual Venetian fortress itself, perched atop the promontory with most of its Medieval glory still preserved.
