Many American designers and brands know that men deserve amazing fashions too, so every season, they put forth exciting collections. The Top Five Spring/Summer 2022 Menswear Collections from New York Fashion Week

Kith

Although the US has since reopened after around two years of quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Kith is still all about the cool, casual comfort. The brand's spring/summer 2022 menswear collection is all about neutral-toned leisurewear and modest denim. Sure, there are a few popping graphics here and there—the big red heart is certainly a standout—but all in all, this was a pretty humble showing. And that's not necessarily a bad thing! Amidst a sea of avant-garde collections and overwhelming ideas, an entire spring/summer wardrobe that's easy to wear would do any gentleman some good! Source: Kith Instagram Page

N. Hoolywood

For N. Hoolywood, spring/summer 2022 is all about deconstruction and reconstruction. Japanese designer Daisuke Obana touched on many American classics—flannel, denim, and fleece—and reworked them all throughout his latest menswear collection. The result? A rich mishmash of casual staples elevated with further dimensions. And it's clear he had fun designing all of it. “By enjoying one’s favorite clothes like a game, I hope it will be a good opportunity for the player to be interested in design and creativity,” shared Obana about the collection. Stan

Now, if you want to take about upcycling, look no further than Stan, the LA-based brand that's all about sustainable clothing. It seems that this spring/summer season, old fabrics aren't the only thing designer Tristan Detwiler wants to revive. From his well-crafted suits to his patchwork outerwear, there's a cool and slightly vintage 20th-century vibe throughout the entire collection. One stand out is a striking red suit made out of Kyrgyz fabric which was embroidered in the 1940s. And the silhouette certainly had an Old Hollywood swag to it too. Meanwhile, long coats had a historic appeal that felt both costumey yet modern at the same time.

THE ROW

You could say that THE ROW's unisex spring/summer 2022 collection was par-for-the-course. It was minimal yet impactful as always—the same kind of refinement that makes the brand a hit in online luxury retailers! At the very least, the menswear looked extremely fascinating! At first glance, everything seems normal and chic. Well-cut shirts, flattering slacks, great suits, and more. However, one can't help but feel like the menswear silhouettes had a roundness to them. And the oversizing was not lost on many either. It's as if these typically masculine staples were embedded with a feminine touch. Well, the collection is unisex, after all! Tommy Hilfiger

Tommy Hilfiger is one of the finest American designers out there. He proves it with his spring/summer 2022 menswear collection. With his back-to-basics approach, he's redefining what it means to look 'preppy' in this day and age. So what are his new revelations? Soft suiting is one. Obviously influenced by the new work-from-home lifestyle that came out of the pandemic, many of Hilfiger's suits were relaxed and less strict. They were still well-tailored, sure, but no longer restricting. The camouflage prints were a nice touch too. Layered with neon-colored designs, he softened up this military motif to make it look cooler and younger. What's not to love? Source: Tommy Hilfiger Instagram Page

They don't call New York the American capital of fashion for nothing! The spring/summer 2022 menswear collections that came out of New York Fashion Week are some of the best of the best. They've set the trends for the upcoming season and beyond!
