Paris Suburbs. Nevertheless, it remains the major business hub of the French capital, the undisputed center of the country's commerce. A whopping 3,600 companies operate here, making use of about 3 million square meters of office space and employing around 180,000 workers. Bourse de Paris
Bourse de Paris, also known as the Paris Stock Exchange, also serves as the city's financial and economic center. Located in the
2nd arrondissement, this is where France's major financial institutions operate. Bourse de Paris is housed in the neoclassical Palais Brongniart, a historic structure that stands between the famous Place de la Concorde and the iconic Louvre Museum. Saint-Denis Pleyel
Let's go back to the Paris Suburbs for this last one. Much like La Défense, Saint-Denis Pleyel is another center for finance and commerce in Paris. It's also one of the new ones in the city, as such, its business landscape isn't as established as those in the other districts on this list. Nevertheless, the future seems bright for the Saint-Denis Pleyel area. As of this writing, the place already offers around 700,000 square meters of office space. And as time goes on, the district will further expand, giving more room for new businesses to bloom.
