The School Without Walls High School in Washington D.C. truly lives up to its unique name. Colloquially referred to as “Walls” by students, faculty, and locals alike, this academic institution was built without any figurative borders when it came to providing education. Even more so since it operates as a public magnet high school in Foggy Bottom. In this relatively quiet and largely neighborhood that's also a cultural hub in its own right, all kids, regardless of who they are and where they came from, are welcome to learn, grow, and develop in this beloved school.
