History of Salterford House School
Mrs. Marlene Venables established Salterford House School in 1981 as an independent prep school for kids in
Nottingham. She envisioned a school that focused on individual teaching while providing a caring and nurturing environment for the students. The school started with only eight pupils, gradually growing to have over a hundred today. Most notably, when Mrs Venables retired as the headteacher of the school, her daughter took over, continuing its tradition of being a family-owned, close-knit academic institution in the city. While it's far from the biggest and most prestigious schools in Nottingham, Salterford House School remains one of the best in the city.
