You have to have practically lived under a rock during the last decade if you don't know what Uber is. This app arguably started everything. It's the benchmark for many ride-hailing transportation programs out there. And to this day, most if not all countries who have it have benefitted from its services big time. This, of course, includes Canada. With Uber, you can book a luxury car and get to wherever you need to be comfortable and with ease. Not only does it tell you the time of each public transport system, but it will also show you how much you need to pay for (approximately) a ride and how long your trip will take.
Now for some homegrown recognition! The transit app is a Candian-made platform that helps people navigate the country's public transport systems better. And since it was made right here, you can expect that all the info you'll see here are more or less accurate. It will tell you the bus routes you need to go on to reach your destination, the times when the trains reach your station, and even where you can rent a bike if you prefer to go cycling. Also, it shows how much you'll need to pay on certain buses, trains, and even bike ride trips.
Thanks to these nifty apps, traveling around Canada is a breeze. The best part is most of these apps are free while the experience of using them to get to where you need to be on time is completely and utterly priceless!
