Very rarely do you see the words 'suburbs' and Paris in the same sentence, right? The French capital is such a complex cosmopolitan that it's hard to imagine it being a quiet neighborhood similar to where you grew up in. But in reality, Parisian districts are extremely different from each other and Passy is no exception. This district is a quiet and unassuming area that's fairly far from the hustles and bustles of the more urban parts of the city. Not necessarily silent—there's no such place in a city like Paris!—but peaceful enough to make it a solid home for the residents.

If there's one area in the whole world which you can compare Passy to, it's New York's Upper-East Side. Both largely residential areas, they're defined by their upscale atmosphere and swanky aura. The type you'd expect "old money" families have lived in for centuries. The type where students from international private schools would live in. And the type where you'd expect the most luxurious apartments Paris could offer. There's no end to the high-class offerings here, from designer shopping to five-star restaurants and more! If you're able to rent or buy a home here, it means you're in the big leagues!

As already mentioned, the Passy neighborhood is relatively known as the "suburbs of Paris." And because of this, you can expect a perfectly normal lifestyle for you and your family if you decide to live here. The peace within this community is unlike any other in this busy French capital, so much so that it almost seems like you're in a different city altogether when you're here. Furthermore, the district knows that it's perfect for families so you can expect many apartments that are safe for children here. So safe that you won't need to worry when they play outside!

What's frustrating about living in some neighborhoods in Paris is that it's difficult to travel around. As efficient as the city's public transport is, it can't be helped that some area aren't as accessible as other. But at least, that's not the case for Passy. It has many main streets—Rue de Passy, Avenue Victor Hugo, and Avenue de Versailles, among many others—so you can expect a lot of taxis to be cruising about looking for paying passengers. As for the metro, the Avenue du Président Kennedy or Boulainvilliers stations are stops of various lines you could take. Going to school, work, and other places would be a breeze!

These are just some of the amazing parks in the Passy district. The sort of places you could retreat to in order to take a breather. Give yourself a break from all the problems you face in the city and just recharge in these oases of botanical bliss. And some, particularly the Trocadéro Gardens, will even give you a spectacular view coveted by world-travelers all over. The only difference is you get to see it whenever you want to!
