The pandemic has and continues to affect many countries, pushing them to close down their economies, go into lockdown, and require quarantine among their citizens. It has also ushered in a new normal, one that encourages people to stay at home for as much as possible. We here at All Luxury Apartments understand that we, too have to respond to this change. We have to ensure that all our clients remain safe, healthy, and far from the risk of COVID-19. And so we've set new standards for all our luxury rentals and properties.
Easy Online Communications
It all starts online. As most of the world transitions to a more digital landscape to better avoid physical interaction for the time being, we've strengthened our own platfrom so clients can easy communicate with us. There's no longer any need for in-person meetings. From now on, most, if not all discussions and communications will be conducted online. While it may sem impersonal at first, trust that this is essential in decreasing the risk of contracting COVID-19. Moreover, we also encourage online communications to be as clear as possible to avoid any misunderstanding and future problems.
Clean and Sanitized Accommodations
If there's one thing the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us, it's that germs can be found anywhere and everywhere. It's what helped spread this deadly disease in the first place. But rest assured that even though we already provide clean luxury accommodations, we won't go about it half-heartedly. Not only will our rentals be spotless upon our clients' arrival, but the will also be sanitized properly. Our cleaning staff understand that we have to double our efforts in ensuring the health and safety of our clients. As the saying goes, 'no stone will be left unturned.' For our properties, no corner will be left unclean and unsanitized!
Round-the Clock Cleaning and Laundry Services
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, we already provided cleaning and laundry services for our clients. But now, we will take one step further. Our staff will take precatuonary measures when visiting a property for cleaning. This includes taking swab tests to know their current health states and requiring the use of masks and PPE's while inside the property. There will be no stone unturned in ensuring that our homes remain sanitized and safe for our clients. Moreover, we will also take the necessary measures when washing your sheets before taking them back. In this day and age. cleanliness and sanitation are of the utmost importance.
Face Masks on Hand
Thoughout this COVID-19 pandemic, one safety measure that's proven to be effective and accessible is the wearing of face masks. There are even countries that have put into law the requirement of wearing the health gear. Whether the locations of our properties have imposed such rules or not, we offer up our own supply of face masks just the same. If you ever lose or forget your own while outside, you can still get a new and clean one the moment you go home. And when you run out, you can simply notify us to provide you with a fresh supply.
Stricter Regulations
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we've also instituted relatively stricter regulations when it comes to our properties. For one, while we do provide cleaning services, we ask that our clients also do their part in ensuring the sanitation of the place. We also discourage inviting many people over during this time. Doing so may increase the risk of contracting the deadly illness. For our smaller properties, we've established a limit of how many people can stay in such at a given time. We encourage that out clients practice social distancing for the betterment of everyone during this trying time.
Flexible Contracts
We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has untimely forced many people to retreat back to their home countries and hometowns. From traveling tourists to even relocated workers, mostly everyone have been requested to return to their country of residence. As a result, All Luxury Apartments has established better flexibility upon our contracts and leases. According to our new policy, it's now easier for clients to cancel their bookings and reservations with us in light of the pandemic. While the situation is unfortunate, this is a fair change instituted for the good of both parties.
