The TV can be easily viewed from the sofa and the blackout curtains enables you to enjoy a true cinema experience. Further more, the sofa can be folded out to a comfortable bed with room for additional guests.

The kitchen has white walls and cabinetry that create a clean and bright atmosphere, while the black countertop provides a striking contrast that adds visual interest to the space, and the kitchen features a range of appliances that are designed to fit seamlessly into the compact layout. In the kitchen you also find a round dining table that comfortably fits four people.

There is no elevator at this property

You’ll need to pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom.

CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation.

Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material.

You can bring one pet under 10 kg. If your pet is bigger than 10kg, you must contact us beforehand. Your pet is not allowed in the beds or couches. If we receive any complaints from other guests or staff members regarding pet waste left unattended, we may have to impose a fine to cover the cost of clean-up and maintenance.
