The Space:
The apartment building is from 1797, but the apartment is fully renovated in classical Copenhagen style. You’ll be living in a historical place but have all the necessities of modern life: A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with dryer, Wi-Fi, HDTV with Netflix, fresh towels and bed linen, etc.

The small living room has an open-plan kitchen and is a cozy and functional space, perfect for modern living. The walls are painted in a light color, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV on the flat-screen TV that is mounted on the opposite wall, which can also be folded out and used as an additional sleeping space for two people (extra bedding is of course included).

The apartment has two bedrooms. Both have double beds and in one, you have an additional single bed. The bedrooms are tranquil and peaceful retreats, with clean and crisp white walls that add to the serene ambiance of the space. The Scandinavian artwork adorns the walls, adding a touch of style and personality to the rooms.

The apartment is located atop the legendary lunch restaurant “Slotskælderen” which has served many historical celebrities, including 1924 Danish Prime Minister, Thorvald Stauning (his favorite table is still there!).

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is at your disposal and you will not be sharing your space with anyone (apart from your travel companions)

Fortunstræde is a charming street located in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is situated in the city s historic center, just a stone s throw away from many of the city s most famous attractions.

The street itself is narrow and picturesque, lined with colorful, historic buildings that are home to a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. As you walk down Fortunstræde, you ll see everything from trendy fashion boutiques to cozy cafes serving up delicious coffee and pastries.

The apartment is located only a few minutes away from the Metro which can take you all around Copenhagen within minutes. From Copenhagen Central Station you will find the bus, metro, and trains which can take you to the rest of Denmark.

There is no elevator at this property

You will need to pass through one of the bedrooms to access the bathroom.

CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation.

Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material.

You can bring one pet under 10 kg. If your pet is bigger than 10kg, you must contact us beforehand. Your pet is not allowed in the beds or couches. If we receive any complaints from other guests or staff members regarding pet waste left unattended, we may have to impose a fine to cover the cost of clean-up and maintenance.
