The living room and bedrooms open onto the 17m2 terrace. From here there are beautiful sea views. A wooden table and four chairs have been provided so guests can enjoy meals outside.

One of the bedrooms has two single beds which can be pushed together or separated as desired. The other has a fold out sofa. Both have air conditioning.

In the bathroom a bath complete with shower fixture can be found. Here there are also twin basins. The toilet is separate.

This is a great apartment for a family on holiday thanks to its proximity to the beaches. There is also private parking available. It is also very easy to attend the many congresses in Cannes as there is a bus stop just by the building entrance, and it s about a 5 min ride into Cannes centre, for just 1 euro a ride.
