This is a lovely two bedroom, one bathroom (with separate W.C) apartment on the first floor of a Prestige building overlooking the beaches of the Moure Rouge - famous for its water sports and activities.

From its large terrace there are spectacular uninterrupted views out over the sea as far as Antibes and in the distance even the Iles des Lerins, with the old fort in clear view.

The apartment itself is very light and airy with big sliding windows in the living area that give a very spacious feel to the place.

There is an open plan kitchen next to the living area, with a raised breakfast bar , conducive to a social environment.

There is a dining table for 6 and comfortable sitting area. The sofa can be opened up to form a comfortable double bed.

There are 2 large double bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment. The toilet is separate. Security wise there are electric blinds throughout, and the building is well-maintained, secure and is in a very safe area.

This apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday as it is practically on the beach. You can walk to the centre of town, or take the bus down the Croisette.

It also has a private underground parking, but this is only convenient for normal town cars as you may find it very tight for any 4x4, or otherwise for very low cars.
