Strategically located in the lovely Koh Samui Island, this lovely villa is peacefully nestled on the area’s north eastern shore and is surrounded by life’s modern conveniences. Its rustic charm blends well with its stylish modern features and offers a relaxing atmosphere in the comforts of the cool and fresh sea breeze and the therapeutic sound of nature.

Set over two floors, Villa Kya Beach House is a perfect holiday retreat for a party of up to 6 guests. It has 3 gorgeous bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms and a private beach garden where you’ll find the gorgeous infinity pool. It also boasts an outdoor seating area by the beach fitted with comfortable sofas. The Villa provides an infinite panoramic view of the sea and a charming date with nature.

The Villa is a mixture of both traditional and contemporary designs. Coming in, you’ll find furniture made of both modern and earthly materials giving a shabby but chic look to the villa.

Passing by the pool and the outdoor seating area, you’ll find the open-plan living room fitted with comfortable sofas, native furniture and decors, a huge flat screen 55’ HD Smart TV and a wide and open view of the pool and the beach where you’ll find coconut trees and sun beds.

Nearby, you’ll find the dining area and the open-plan kitchen. The dining area is fitted with lovely dining table that seats 9 people. Should you opt for an alfresco dining, the villa is equipped with a bamboo dining table in the beach garden and in the comforts of the tranquil and refreshing beach atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences of an urban kitchen equipped for preparing light to full meals.

The 3 bedrooms are very neat and lovely. One bedroom can be found on the lower level, one on the upper level accessed through a wooden stair, and a 3rd bedroom can be found separate from the main house, near the pool, in the beach garden. All bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, with mosquito nets for added protection, an extra bed option, and come with a choice of either an air-conditioning system or an overhead fan for a more natural feel.

All bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The entire villa is WIFI enabled for added convenience. At night the Kya team transforms the sun beds into an outdoor chill-zone for enjoyment of the spectacular sunsets. Thai massage can also be arranged. Snorkeling can also be had. For guests who have a penchant for it, paddle boards and kayaks can also be arranged.
