ACCOMMODATION
From the garden you enter a large sitting room, which is covered in light wood flooring, furnished with nice modern leather sofas, designer reclining chairs and handmade bookshelves and a satellite TV/DVD player is provided. A couple of steps lead up to the granite floor dining area with a modern dining table and six chairs, and a polished modern white kitchen with all modern appliances: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, and glassware. The sitting room has a wonderful picture window onto the garden.
On the ground floor is a study/bedroom with a guest shower room, and a laundry room.

First floor
An elegant staircase leads to the first floor which comprises a large double bedroom suite, with a bedroom, bathroom, and a dressing room. The bedroom has an access to a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, the ancient Roman palace, harbor, and the town. The bedroom has a large double bed, nice bed linen, and a satellite TV/cinema.

Second floor
The second floor has a master bedroom which opens out onto a stunning terrace with an attractive set of outdoor furniture. The bedroom has a large double bed, satellite TV, and wardrobe space. All the bed linen and plenty of towels are provided. In addition, there is a twin bedroom on the second floor with its own sea view balcony. The two bedrooms share a very large bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi bath and two showers.

Outside area
This villa, which is located in an elite residential area of Split, has a lovely garden. From the sitting room, you walk out onto a paved terrace and a large swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. There are a BBQ and an al-fresco dining area in the garden.
