The kitchen leads to a large and luxurious living room, a true oasis of peace and relaxation, masterfully furnished with a large dining table, comfortable sofas and armchairs, unique antiques, wonderful paintings, and beautiful period lamps.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 brand new bathrooms: a double bedroom with private bathroom, another larger double bedroom, and a very spacious third room with a single bed and the possibility to add a second single bed, large Smart TV, a lovely library and a study area: the ideal space for smart working that also acts as a second relaxation room. The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift but with only 19 very easy steps.

The restoration of this apartment was carried out with great taste, attention to details, and deep passion. The house is enriched by marvelous antique prints and paintings, splendid coffered ceilings and expertly restored antique parquet floors. Unique shops of artisans, goldsmiths, and restorers, make this area one of the most authentic of the city, where you can still live and breathe the spirit of the old Florence.

The Oltrarno area is in fact also known as the district of Artisans and Artists, where the old Florentine traditions continue to live with their authentic shops.

Other things to note
Check in is possible only from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out is within 10 am.

The apartment is on the first floor (only 19 steps) without a lift.
The apartment has a strategic position also for all those arriving by car, despite being in the limited traffic area (ZTL) of the historic center of Florence; there is a paid garage in the street right in front of the apartment, the garage will take care of everything.
