This villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac area at the top of the popular Tamango Hill development with stunning views, perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday. Situated on the coastline it has a sunny location with sea and mountain views. Ideal for families/adult groups of friends or couples(min. 30 years) looking for a relaxing/ romantic break and barbeque in a spacious beautiful house. The villa spreads over three levels with air conditioning throughout.

- The ground floor has a master bedroom with direct access to a large pool terrace with sun chairs, table tennis, and an outdoor coffee table. The second room is a bunk bedroom (two beds), and the floor has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.

- At mid-level is the main entrance with a modern tastefully furnished open-plan layout that includes the kitchen/dining/living and TV room (SMART-TV), a washing machine, and WC. The living room has a fireplace and folding glass doors to a terrace with sea views. The kitchen has convenient direct access to a large terrace and outdoor dining area.

- The top floor has a master bedroom with direct access to a terrace for two and with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the floor has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.

The villa is best approached from Nerja, road N-340 just a few minute s drive west of Nerja town. The nearest beaches and two restaurants are merely a 10-minute walk or a couple of minutes drive down the slope
