Villa Dione 1, comprising of 187 m2, includes a large terrace and swimming pool area, a heated infinity pool (64 m2) and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. It is built on three levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area for 6 guests, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with direct access to the swimming pool area. At the floor above, there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On one hand, the lower level consists of two double bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional kitchen and living room as well as storage areas. On the exterior, there are ample dining and lounge areas around the infinity pool. There is parking space available at the back of the house.
