Mykonos Villa Dolce Vita

Situated on the southern part of the island, Villa Dolce Vita gives a stunning view of one of the quietest, never-the-less exclusive, beaches of Mykonos, Agrari Beach. Located on a cliff, just over a small river, it is surrounded by granite rocks of extreme natural beauty and shapes. Built on a 10.000 m2 piece of land, the villa and its surrounding structures take up approx. 600 m2, providing its guests with total privacy. It was selected by the US Architectural Digest Magazine as one of the top villas in the world in its category in 2001 and it has been maintained in perfect condition ever since.

Inspired by its prominence, Villa Dolce Vita consists of four separate structures. The main house includes a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a spacious study with a separate bathroom (which can be used as a guest bedroom). There is an autonomous studio next to the pool (Pool House), with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The Guest House can provide accommodation for an extra 4 guests as it has one double bedroom and an elevated attic with two single beds. The caretaker’s residence is independent, with one bedroom, living room and kitchen. Outdoors, there is a large infinity pool, with lounge areas and a shaded dining area.

The decoration is extremely refined and simply unpretentious. The dining table is a 300-year-old table from a French monastery. The living room includes stylish paintings and furniture and each bedroom displays a different style of decoration.

Villa Dolce Vita lies at a convenient 15 min. car drive to the main town and port while the closest beach (Agrari) is only 3 min. away.
