The Space:
Really spacious and light one bedroom + den condo right in Yorkville. It s a peaceful and modern space! All new furniture! Hardwood floors throughout the entire condo, granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Excellent luxury building in Yorkville, right next to the Four Seasons Hotel. All modern furniture, the space is bright and perfect size for two people, with the dining area separate in the den.

The layout is open and when you walk in you see the kitchen on your left and the living room and large windows. The bathroom and washing machine/dryer on your right. The den features a full brass and glass-top dining table with four dining chairs. The bedroom has a comfortable plush queen size mattress and plenty of extra sheets and towels.

In the Living room is a comfy 3 seater sofa, with a large screen flat screen TV. The wifi is unlimited and high speed and we make sure you have plenty of supplies for a comfortable stay (nobody likes arriving and not finding any toilet paper! :)

Get a nice relaxing workout at the large gym on the 8th floor!
