The Space:
Brand new fully private guest suite with your own entrance. This modern 2BR unit is a stylish well-lit space, with top-of-the-line furnishings and new stainless steel appliances. Located in Cabbagetown, a charming residential enclave of Victorian homes, it s a quick 15 minute walk or 6 minute transit ride to the Downtown Core. Close to Yonge St, Church St, Toronto Eaton Centre, Distillery District, St Lawrence Market, Ryerson. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers.
This basement unit was newly-renovated from top to bottom in September 2019, and equipped with brand new appliances. It has its own private entrance which is approached from the laneway, and it leads down a wide, open staircase into the suite entrance. The space gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day thanks to a generous window in the living/dining area. There is a modern kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances as well as new linen and sheets, which are washed after every checkout & changed frequently. The space was newly furnished upon completion of the renovation and each piece of furniture has been carefully chosen to provide my guests with total comfort during their stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, cutlery, dishes and cups as well as all the basics needed for cooking. An island bar anchors the kitchen with two modern bar stools for a quick breakfast! For a full meal, you can enjoy our new modern glass table!
The living room is anchored by a stylish fabric sofa, facing a large SMART TV, and the unlimited WiFi allows you to access your online entertainment choices as you please.
There is a comfortable queen bed in each room, and no shortage of bedding linens and towels, guaranteeing you a good night s sleep!
Appliances include newly purchased fridge freezer, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washer dryer.
My unit is managed by a 24/7 property management firm. I am fortunate to have a strong staff of handy men and cleaners that can help with any minor issues you might have. I also live nearby, so I am always available to help or answer any questions!
