In Santa Maria di Leuca, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees in a completely fenced-in property with dry stone walls, we find two characteristic residences with private outdoor space.
The house in question is surrounded by a large garden embellished with enchanting ancient olive trees. The structure, totally covered in rock in the typical Salento style, has a spacious outdoor area where you can comfortably eat or sunbathe.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first is an air-conditioned and finely furnished double bedroom with an elegant en suite bathroom, the second is a double with two single beds. It should be noted that the internal road leading to the house is not paved, but made of rubble and pebbles. Dirt path of about 100 meters.
The position of the house is strategic as a few meters away there is the entrance to the highway which leads to all the Salento towns in a few minutes.
From the house it is also possible to walk to the center of Leuca in 10-15 minutes.
It should be noted that next to it there is a second holiday home (Stone House Li Turchi) still within the same property and structured in the same way.
Privacy and relaxation guaranteed as the external space of the two houses are facing opposite sides.
