In the village of Santa Maria di Leuca, less than 500 meters away from the beautiful center of the town, there is a lovely and elegant two-storey villa with internal parking space.
The entire and large structure is made up of villas and single-family houses, all with independent entrances, private terraces or gardens and splendid views of the sea. The complex is equipped with internal parking and a splendid pool area overlooking the sea where you can enjoy a suggestive panorama. There are two swimming pools: the big one with sea water and a second smaller pool with shallow water ideal for children with hydromassage jet. Wi-fi is available in the reception area and pool area.
The villa il Gabbiano enjoys a splendid sea view and absolute privacy. It has outside parking under the house, a large fenced patio with a gazebo and outdoor furniture. Inside there is a large living room overlooking the sea with a small private sitting room, a small fully equipped kitchen and on the upper floors three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It should be noted that only and exclusively in the central part of the complex, that is to say in the reception, there is Wi-Fi available to all guests of the structure. This large room with sea view and swimming pool is furnished with sofas and relaxation corners to allow guests to relax by reading a few books or to use the internet connection.
