Luci Front Beach House

In the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio, in an elegant complex a few steps from the bay, there are two new and modern apartments. Ca Luci is on the ground floor and externally has a comfortable, finely furnished patio. Inside there is a comfortable and bright living room, furnished with taste and design. There is a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV and air conditioning, a brand new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom (air conditioned) with a lovely private patio, also furnished with an outdoor shower and washing machine and a second bedroom with two single beds. Finally there is the bathroom complete with services with shower.
Wi-Fi available throughout the house. Parking is outside the residence, your pass is at your disposal.
The apartment is located in a strategic position, because, not far away, it has various clubs, pubs, restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay, renowned for its suggestive sunsets, is a pleasant meeting point for tourists. Also in the bay it is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas even though there is no sand, as the sea is easily accessible having a shallow and mixed seabed of pebbles and sand. In five / ten minutes on foot, you can also reach the beautiful beach of Marina di Felloniche.
There is a second similar house on the first floor for any large groups.
IT IS FUNDAMENTAL TO RESPECT the separate collection schedule, to avoid incurring a penalty.
It will be our pleasure to give you all the information on any ecological islands in the area. The night before you will have to take the bin out of the door for collection.
Tourist tax to be paid on site on the day of arrival.
Linen bath/ bed rental and on request, weekly cost.
