The bright and fully equipped built-in kitchen, also with dishwasher, has also a direct access to the splendid terrace.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two double rooms, a blind room with single bed and a complete bathroom.
The air-conditioned master bedroom, which is also finely and tastefully furnished, has a French window with mosquito net that leads into the external space on the side of the structure where there is a second bathroom with washing machine.
