On the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca next to the suggestive and historic Old Tower, also known as the Tower of the Omomorto , there is just an equally beautiful terrace the Vascello di Leuca .
The dwelling, so named for the particular shape of the living room, similar to the prow of a vessel, is located in a privileged position overlooking the marina of Leuca.
The terrace, fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable swing, offers evocative moments like those of a distant past.
Inside, the accommodation has a comfortable air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and a fully equipped hideaway kitchen.
Always here a small bathroom. From this room you go down to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: one triple, one twin and another double from which you can access a small outdoor area where there is an outdoor shower and a washing machine. In the corridor of the sleeping area there is an additional air conditioner.
Finally, always in the sleeping area there are two bathrooms.
The dwelling is ideal for families or groups of friends. All services and the sea access can be easily reached on foot.
