The house is very welcoming thanks to a beautiful and bright kitchen and a sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms all equipped with mosquito nets. In the corridor that leads from the kitchen to the bedrooms there is an air conditioner ideal for hot summer nights. Finally, a bathroom complete with a shower. The house also has a comfortable brick barbecue for good and tasty grills and an outdoor shower (with hot water), ideal for returning from the sea. Washing machine available as well as private parking in front of the house. The beach can be reached by car in 2 minutes, as well as the center of the town where you will find many useful services, including: restaurants; ice cream parlors; pizzerias; bars; newsagents; minimarket; tobacconist; fishmonger; etc.
For all other services such as banks, post offices and supermarkets we recommend Morciano di Leuca less than 3 km from home.
