The Space:
Our home includes 4 bedrooms with several different bedding configurations to accommodate your sleeping situations. There are two full bathrooms, one being in the primary bedroom with its own private en suite full bathroom, and another half-bathroom (powder room). Two separate dining rooms, and a living room with a comfortable L-shaped couch to lounge on - perfect for movies or winding down with a game night!

Room 4: 2 adult-size single beds, sleeps 2 comfortably, hallway half bathroom.

Living Room
Furnished with a comfortable sofa elegant décor placed thoughtfully around the entire room. This room also includes a 65” TV with a complimentary Netflix subscription for our guests. After a long, energy-sapping day of adventure, this snug room is just what you need to wind down!

Kitchen
The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, and Keurig coffee machine.

Dining Areas
The main dining area, located near the fireplace in the home, easily seats 8 guests at a time and is perfect for larger gatherings.

Kitchen Nook
There is also a beautiful little kitchen nook that comfortably seats 4 guests.

Bathrooms
Full Bathroom 1: Located in the primary bedroom and includes all bathroom essentials as well as complimentary toiletries and plush bath towels. The shower comes with lotion dispensers loaded with vegan coconut-mango-scented shampoo and conditioner and a lemongrass-scented body wash.

Full Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway and includes all bathroom essentials as well as complimentary toiletries and plush bath towels. The shower comes with lotion dispensers loaded with vegan coconut-mango-scented shampoo and conditioner and a lemongrass-scented body wash. This bathroom includes an alcove configuration tub for the option of either a shower or bath for our guests.

Half Bathroom 3: Located in the hallway and includes all bathroom essentials as well as complimentary toiletries.

Please notify the host if you are bringing a pet, emotional support animal or a service animal. By booking this property all pet house rules are to be followed.

The Neighborhood:
Less than 20 minutes east of downtown Sacramento, the charming area of Fair Oaks is aptly named, with quaint, established neighborhoods canopied by leafy oak trees. Its historic downtown core, Fair Oaks Village is made up of intimate cafés, indie shops and cozy restaurants. At its heart is leafy Fair Oaks Village Park, home to a flock of wild (but friendly!) chickens and roosters.

There is free parking on the premises as well as free street parking. This is a single-level home with no stairs.
