This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is
subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum
notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the
reservation. If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to
pay an additional $50/night. Landscaping, pool company, and pest
control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.

Rove member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our Concierge

your stay. The Neighborhood: Located just .5 miles from the village
shops, restaurants, and beach. Other Things to Note: Refer a property
to Rove, get up $7,000 in cash. Terms and conditions apply. Email

on referral eligibility. Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove
requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest
prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that
this property requires a $1,000 credit hold for stays at this property
to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. This
security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a
credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days
after departure. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after
your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our
local team. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the
property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will
result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as
well as possible removal from the property.
