Home Truths:
This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is
subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum
notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the
reservation. If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to
pay an additional $50/night. Landscaping, pool company, and pest
control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.

Parking Details:
Plenty of space for vehicles in driveway. The Neighborhood: Located
just .5 miles from the village shops, restaurants, and beach. Other
Things to Note: Refer a property to Rove, get up $7,000 in cash. Terms

property address for confirmation on referral eligibility. Pets are not
allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to
be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at
this home. Please note that this property requires a $1,000 credit hold
for stays at this property to cover any property damage that may occur
during your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking
is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and
released 2 days after departure. The release of this hold will initiate
2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the
home by our local team. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere
on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home.
Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up
to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay
cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The
required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to
the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the
cleaning to take place.
