oasis, boasting soaring 12 ceilings, exposed brick, and wide-plank
distressed oak floors. The open chef s kitchen is perfect for

a unique atmosphere. Historic commercial buildings include the
red-brick New York Mercantile Exchange edifice, from 1884. Explore

from cozy cafes to Michelin-starred restaurants, and enjoy serene parks
and waterfront views. With easy access to transportation, iconic
landmarks and the rest of Manhattan are within reach. The Tribeca Film
Festival takes place here every spring. Other Things to Note: As a
reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home
or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor
removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible
removal from the property. Pets are allowed at this home with the
expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an
unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their
rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be
charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time
$300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated,
non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house-trained.
Please note that this property requires a $5000 security deposit for
stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or
longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is
confirmed and through the property manager as a credit card hold taken
2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.
