The cottage house is a very large studio with 20-ft high ceilings, a king bed, kitchen, living space with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, dining area, bathroom, and charming gas furnace. There is also both a front and back porch to sit and enjoy the majestic settings. The cottage house provides great privacy and is detached and separate from the other house on the property.
