Mykonos Villa Venetia

Inviting and family-friendly, Villa Venetia is a charming house of 350 m² which is located in the area of Kanalia only 5 km from Mykonos Town and 150 m visual distance from the sea. It has uninterrupted views to Delos, Tinos, Mykonos town and views of the north part of the island Along with magnificent sunsets!

On the outside, there is a seating/ dining area with a table for 14 people totally protected from the winds by sliding large windows, without missing the beautiful view. Nearby is a 60 m² swimming pool filled with salt water that is recycled, a bar and a smaller sitting area by the pool. The house consists of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a WC, and extends in 2 levels. All the rooms are air-conditioned except the attic. Four of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool. Two of the bedrooms communicate with a shared bathroom and small kitchens, as well as the other two bedrooms, also have a shared bathroom. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Further up there is a loft with a nice big terrace from where you have 275 degrees visibility. On the lower level, there is a living room, a dining room for 10 people and an open-plan kitchen. There is also a covered parking space for two cars. The house possesses a generator in case of power failure.
