Great location for visiting as many as three regions, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, by car from Rome (90 minutes drive) or Lake Trasimeno (20 minutes). And if you want to taste excellent truffle dishes, be sure to visit San Giovanni d Asso, where a popular truffle fair is held in November. If you are planning a special family reunion or an important celebration, this estate is the right place, as both indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for unforgettable events.

Spacious 96-square-metre master living room with fireplace and stone seats, billiard room, 40-square-metre kitchen also with fireplace and dining room, two bathrooms and laundry room complete the living room floor.
