Alice flat with shared pool is located in Casole d Elsa and has been created from the renovation, and overhaul, of a large Tuscan farmhouse. The flat is on the ground floor, has independent access and private furnished outdoor space.
This is an ideal holiday solution for a couple wanting to get to know Tuscany. The location of the accommodation favours visits to Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Florence. We recommend a visit to the medieval village of Casole d Elsa, characterised by small restaurants and wine bars. During the summer in Casole d Elsa and Radicondoli you can take part in many events related to music, exhibitions and activities that will allow you to get to know the area better. If you are a cycling enthusiast, you can go mountain biking in the Berignone Reserve or ride through the countryside to Radicondoli.

The shared swimming pool is about 50 square metres (5x10), is fenced in and has a sunbathing area. The washing machine is shared in the outdoor area. Parking on the property. Wifi. Pets allowed on request. In the same property is also the accommodation Lina. The owner lives in an adjoining property.
