The property is the stone property facing the heated pool (10 x 5) , behind it is the neighbor s but they are both bordered and separated, so obviously the outdoor areas are private.

Flat Sera is on the ground floor and has a living area consisting of a well-equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, and a living area furnished with dining table, sofas and TV. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area includes a covered veranda, outdoor furniture reserved for guests and barbecue available.
