Casabella is a luxurious villa with a beautiful private and heated swimming pool (21°) (4x18 m, depth 1.40 m) located in a panoramic position with enchanting views of the surrounding countryside and the sea, located near Noto in the south east of Sicily. The house is surrounded by a characteristic natural garden and large terraces, ideal spaces for relaxation and outdoor dining. The villa is recently built and consists of a main house and an outbuilding, both on 2 floors. The interiors are tastefully furnished and offer modern comforts. The villa is located a short distance from the beaches of Calamosche, San Lorenzo and Fontane Bianche, as well as the baroque cities of Noto, Siracusa, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla. The nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile are also easily reachable.

MASTER HOUSE Ground floor: 1 suite with double bed (king size), living area and bathroom with shower, 1 suite with double bed, living area and bathroom with shower. First Floor: large living room - dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. OUTBUILDING Ground Floor: living-dining room with kitchen corner, 1 small single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. First Floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
