Villa Palmira is a charming and well-kept country residence with a splendid private, salt-purified infinity pool (4x10 m, depth 1.30 m), with an enchanting view of the countryside and the sea, located between the picturesque villages of Pedara and Trecastagni, on the slopes of Etna, in the eastern part of Sicily. The ancient country residence which is spread over staggered levels has been recently renovated maintaining the traditional architectural features, such as ceilings with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and lava stone pavers. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with large, well-equipped terraces. The outbuilding is occasionally inhabited by the owner but the swimming pool and outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests. Villa Palmira allows guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere and scents of the Sicilian countryside, with the convenience of being able to easily explore both the Etna Park with its characteristic foothill villages and the eastern coastal towns such as Acireale, Aci Trezza and Aci Castello, Catania, Taormina and Syracuse.
