The island Of Kolocep is an island of 2.3 km2 and 140 inhabitants. It lies at a distance of only 3 km from the world famous Dubrovnik. Kolocep, called Calamotta by the locals, has 250 sunny days a year, a mild climate, an indented coastline with clear waters, and sandy and stone beaches. The island offers privacy and peacefulness, and is easily reached by regular ferry service from Dubrovnik. Kolocep is car free but many paths and walkways crisscross the island. The ferry lands in the settlement Donje Celo four times a day. The settlement has a post office, cafés, a traditional Dalmatian wine cellar with local food and sea specialties, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a shop.

Villa Bellevue Dubrovnik can accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. There is also a wonderful outdoor swimming pool and a private beach. Stone patios surround whole house.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is equipped gym with equipment for exercise, bedroom with a double bed with en suite modern bathroom with shower. From bedroom you enter to a terrace and garden equipped with seating furniture where you can enjoy yourself.

On the first floor of this special villa, you can find completely equipped and modern kitchen, spacious dining room with table and chairs and south oriented spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs. Here is also a living room with leather sofas, antique furniture and the latest technology LCD TV and DVD player. The living room has access to one more east oriented terrace with comfortable seating furniture and access to the garden.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, and one of them is master bedroom. Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and en suite modern bathroom. Room also has a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a north-oriented terrace with outdoor seating furniture. Third, south oriented bedroom has a double bed and has views to the sea and the beach. These two bedrooms share bathroom.

Villa is fully air-conditioned; equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD player, wireless Internet access, kitchen with stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer. Cot and high chair for children are available on request. It has a gym, outdoor pool, outdoor sitting furniture, sun chairs, umbrellas and beach for guests.

The Villa can only be reached over the water either by speedboat or by regular ferry service. The 430 square meter luxury Villa Dubrovnik is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean vegetation and aromatic herbs. The Villa is built on a plot of land of 1600 square meters.
