The villa features modern architecture on two levels and offers a series of comforts and leisure facilities: an exclusive and super-equipped gym with air conditioning and bathroom with shower, a covered terrace with ping pong table and table football, a large garden with lawn and barbecue area for outdoor dining. Ideal location for exploring the Etna Park with its natural scenery and the Etna Wine Route, to discover the ancient flavours of the local food and wine culture. The proximity to Taormina, Catania, Noto and Syracuse offers the opportunity to visit some of the most fascinating places in Sicily.

Lower floor: living room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom with shower, 1 walk-through room with single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry room, terrace.
