The villa offers large terraces equipped for relaxation and with an outdoor kitchen for outdoor dining with a view of a landscape characterized by olive trees, carob trees and typical dry stone walls. The villa is located a short distance from the main baroque cities of the Val di Noto, such as Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli and Noto. Furthermore, the proximity to the splendid beaches of Pozzallo, the Vendicari nature reserve and Portopalo di Capo Passero offers the possibility of exploring both the cultural heritage and the natural beauty of the area.
