The Kingston Upon Thames Apartments

Close to the beautiful riverside of Kingston Upon Thames, you’ll find our amazing studio apartments, all tastefully furnished, modern and the perfect place to call your new home in London.

The studio is a warm, comfortable and modern place to live in London, without living too centrally in a busier area. Kingston is a charming place to live, with its unique feel and pace of life, which is why this lovely studio has everything you need for making the most of exploring this wonderful part of London!

All our apartments are tastefully furnished with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area next to the living/sleeping area, a washing machine, a smart TV in the living room and fully installed Wi-Fi.

Each apartment contains a large double bed. All bed linen is 100% cotton and duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. The bathroom comes with a stocked bathroom products such as shampoo, shower gel and toilet roll.

Guests have an access to the entire apartment privately.

Living in Kingston is best experienced during the summer as life by the river is very pleasant and relaxing. Kingston has a lot of very lovely riverside dining and bar options for those long summer afternoons, evenings and nights! Despite being further away from the city centre, there is no shortage of anything, including fantastic options for shopping, with lots of beautiful boutique shops and independent stores in the town centre.

There is no shortage of things to do even when you’re not living right in the centre of London. With the magnificent Hampton Court Palace, fantastic gardens and green spaces like Bushy Park, Virginia Water and Teddington Locke all nearby, there are plenty of attractions to an already attractive area. Kingston is ideal for those looking for an alternative to busier London neighbourhoods.

However, due to the great transport links in the local area, it is incredibly easy to get from Kingston into Central London. Trains to Clapham Junction, one of the busiest train stations in the world, run frequently and only take 20 minutes or so on average. It is incredibly easy to connect from Clapham to other areas of London, whilst if you don’t wish to travel right into the city for a change of scene, areas like Richmond, Windsor and Teddington. Are all close and equally as lovely as Kingston!

The nearest train station to the apartment is the Surbiton train station, although, it is only a little further to reach Kingston train station. Taking the train from either offer different connection points to London and other areas of South and West London. Connection times are usually very good to the city centre via Clapham Junction.

You can easily connect from Clapham Junction to services running to both Gatwick and Heathrow airport (average journey time of one hour to Gatwick and one and a half hours to Heathrow). Local bus services in the area do run towards Central London but they can take substantially longer than the train!
Kingston is quite far out of the city centre so driving around this area can be handy. However, if you should wish to drive into the city centre, you will need to pay the London Congestion Charge of £15 (per day), to drive around Central London during the day.
