Here you can watch people go by whilst looking at some of the old Mallorquin yacht fishing boats bobbing about on the swinging moorings. The sandy beach and promenade are directly in front of you. Perfect for people watching on an early evening before the heading out to enjoying the cuisine of one of the many superb restaurants close by. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a detached building and has communal gardens. It is accessed via a gate from the street at the back of the building and it is possible to walk within the apartment gardens to a gate on the Pine Walk for easy access to the beach.
