The villa extends over 2 floors and has a large, well-kept garden with well-equipped terraces for relaxation and a barbecue for outdoor dining overlooking the surrounding countryside. Ideal location for a relaxing beach holiday, just 300 m from the sea and within walking distance. Also a practical starting point for visiting other beautiful places in eastern Sicily, including Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, the Vendicari nature reserve, Portopalo, Marzamemi, Taormina and the Etna Park with its wonderful villages.
