The Neighborhood:
Keauhou Estates is a gated residential community located just five minutes from Kona. There, you’ll be able to enjoy a quiet, residential neighborhood yet have the convenience of shopping and restaurants nearby. The Kailua Kona coast boasts dry, sunny weather, lovely beaches, and a vibrant town. From here you can enjoy the variety the island has to offer from a day of golf to coffee tasting. The beach of Kahalu’u less than 5 minutes away is one of the best snorkel beaches on the island with calm water and large populations of fish and sea turtles.

Getting Around:
The home is in close proximity to the vibrant town of Kona, where you will be able to enjoy shopping and world-class dining. The dry, sunny weather near Kona is ideal for visiting one of the many nearby beaches. Kahalu u has some of the best snorkeling on the island with calm waters and large populations of native sea turtles.
