The space
The apartment is ideal for both a stay with a group of friends and a relaxing family vacation, because thanks to the accommodation of the spaces it offers total privacy. There are historic buildings, cafes, authentic Roman cuisine, and a sparkling nightlife nearby.

The location could not be better: you can go anywhere on foot and easily reach the most coveted tourist destinations such as: Piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Villa Borghese park and Villa Medici, of course the Trevi Fountain you will find it at the entrance of the house. If you'd like to shop, the nearby Via dei Condotti, Via Frattina, and all the adjacent streets are home to the best boutiques in the city. As you explore the streets of the Fashion District, stop at one of the many restaurants, cafes, and artisanal ice cream parlors among the best in Rome.

The apartment has 2 large terraces:
• A Terrace adjacent to the dining room, over 30 square meters embellished with beautiful flowering plants, has a large table, sunshade, and a large pergola where two comfortable sofas are located.
• The upper terrace enjoys a beautiful view of the rooftops of Rome and overlooks the Quirinale Palace home to the President of the Italian Republic. This terrace is a great Solarium area with comfortable sunbathing chairs and offers the perfect environment for a lively breakfast, or a Drink under the stars, at any time of the year

Guest access
Once you arrive at your destination, you will find the Ns. Property Manager who will welcome you in the Dimora and will clarify your questions. Please note that the front door is accessible via internal stairs, which are located immediately after the grille door at the main entrance.
