AFIMI2 is a spectacular free-standing villa in a beautiful gated community with 24-hour security in the foothills of Montego Bay with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding hills. ​​​​​​​No expense was spared in providing comfort and amenities, including an infinity edge pool with a heated Jacuzzi surrounded by a large wooden deck with ample space for lounging.

The villa consists of four contemporary and classically furnished bedrooms with elegant en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with LED TVs and a Sonos whole-home system with speakers and Amazon music. The villa has an open plan with high ceilings and soft cove lighting, and the spacious living and dining room area opens onto the patio and pool deck, where one can enjoy views of the sea, ocean breezes, and the tropical garden. There is also a TV room with a home theatre music system that is incorporated into the entire villa and patio. Our villa can be fully staffed with a Chef, Housekeeper, and pool attendant/groundskeeper to cater to all your needs and is family friendly or perfect for a couples retreat.

Other amenities include a community swimming pool and tennis court. AFIMI2 is only a 15-minute drive away from our “sister villa,” AFIMI, which is a beautiful waterfront villa in Montego Freeport with its own private beach. Visit the popular Harmony Beach Park, the Yacht Club, and Fairview, MoBay s most popular shopping area with supermarkets and restaurants.

Another 15-minute drive from AFIMI2 takes you to the famous Doctor s Cave Beach on the Hip Strip, which has several bars, restaurants, and more shops, and in the other direction, book your tee time for golf at the famous Tryall golf club. AFIMI2 is centrally located, making road trips to other areas such as Ocho Rios and Negril easy, and after a day out enjoying the sights, you are welcomed back with a cool, lavender-scented towel and a thirst-quenching rum punch! This new villa is already one of the best in its class and offers a truly relaxing, memorable, and luxurious vacation.

Services Included/Excluded | Rental includes: utilities, internet, cable, Villa Team Services and 24hr security. Chef service can be optional, but is highly recommended! Housekeeping is mandatory and included. Not included are groceries for included meal preparation; any personal services, tours or transportation outside of the Villa Team Services, and staff gratuities. External services are to be paid directly to the providers. Most groceries can be covered by credit card, however, cash may be required for some fresh produce or specialty items. Please plan on paying a gratuity to the staff in cash (USD or JMD) at the end of your stay; 15% of the total rental price is recommended, customary, and expected, if service is to your satisfaction.
