The flat is on two levels and is located on the ground floor of a small building.

At its entrance there is a large living room with separate kitchen, a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and washing machine, a comfortable and cosy reading corner and a small garden for private use, with a brick barbecue, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

Going up a few steps you reach the upper floor where there are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bidet, and one with a single bed and sofa bed (sleeps two). On the same floor is a bathroom with shower. Furnished with dated furniture, all rooms have heating, the two bedrooms also have air conditioning.

Guests have a private parking space in the garage and free wi-fi.
