One of the best things about our stylish apartment is how easily accessible it is from various points in the city. Whether you re arriving by air, train, or car, getting to your cozy retreat is a breeze.

From the Airport:
Charles de Gaulle (CDG): A direct RER B train will take you to Denfert-Rochereau, from where you can hop on the Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and get off at Pasteur. It s a short walk to the apartment from there.
Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, switch to the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau, and then Metro Line 6 to Pasteur.


From Train Stations:
Gare du Nord/Gare de l Est: Take Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and switch at Montparnasse-Bienvenüe to Line 6. Get off at Pasteur.
Gare de Lyon: You can take Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and change at Bercy for Line 6 to Pasteur.

By Car:

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours notice) and subject to availability, we ll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility. We would like to inform you that work has been in progress at our neighbor s since October 30, and will continue for 2 months.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We re not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Special Bookings and Events:
For unique services or events, seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
