From Orly Airport (ORY)
Taxi: Approximately 40 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.
Public Transport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, then take RER B to Gare du Nord. Transfer to metro line 5 (Direction Place d Italie) and get off at Laumière. We are just a short walk away! Travel time: Approximately 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.

From Gare du Nord Train Station
Taxi: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.
Public Transport: Take metro line 5 (Direction Place d Italie) and get off at Laumière. We are located within a short walking distance from the station. Travel time: Approximately 10 minutes. Cost: €1.90.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will gladly provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Late arrivals will only be accommodated the following day from 9:30 AM onwards. Additional fees will apply for failure to arrive.
Early Check-ins: Want to arrive before 3:00 PM? We will only confirm 24 hours in advance, and this may incur 50% of the nightly rate. Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we will confirm 24 hours in advance, and you may be charged 50% of the nightly rate.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect a cigarette smell after your stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.

Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browse prohibited websites under French and European legislation. Please understand that any Internet malfunction from telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.

Reservations for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games:
For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required upon confirmation.

We want to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years old. Individuals under 23 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, failing which they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not respected.
