For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, along with any applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online only by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are reported.

Cigarette Odor Post-Stay: €450
Extra Key: Available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key, if left on the door or inside the apartment.
